What we collect
- Information you give us: your email address and, optionally, your answers to short questions about your dog (for example, how long your dog can stay alone).
- Campaign information: the advertising campaign that brought you here (UTM parameters), so we know which ads work.
- Usage data from advertising pixels: if you arrive from an ad, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok pixels may record page visits and button clicks to measure ad performance. These companies process that data under their own privacy policies.
How we use it
- To notify you when the Back Soon app launches and send early-access offers.
- To understand which features and messages matter to dog owners.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
Sign-ups are stored on our own web server. We use third-party services to run this site: a hosting provider and the Meta and TikTok advertising platforms. They only process data as needed to provide their services.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we decide not to launch the product, whichever comes first.
Your choices and rights

- Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by writing to the contact address above.
- Limit ad tracking through your browser, device settings, or your Meta and TikTok ad preferences.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
The Back Soon app will have its own privacy policy covering in-app data, including the dog cam. In short: sounds are analyzed on the device and audio is not uploaded.
